Vision Sports Group develops sports properties, live experiences and venue-based opportunities designed to connect people, organizations and communities through sports.
Our work ranges from large-scale participatory experiences to marquee sporting-event concepts and venue activation strategies. Each project begins with a clear question: how can sports create greater participation, stronger partnerships and more value for the communities and organizations involved?
Jim Fritz
Co-Founder & CEO
Jim brings experience in athlete development, coaching, education and relationship building. A former professional baseball player and longtime coach, he helps lead VSG’s vision, property development and participant-first approach to sports experiences.
Eric Jones
Co-Founder, President & COO
Eric leads VSG’s business operations, strategic planning and project execution. He helps turn early-stage concepts into practical opportunities through disciplined planning, partnership development and a focus on long-term growth.
Dan Fritz
Co-Founder & CAO
Dan supports VSG’s administrative planning, organizational outreach and project coordination. His detail-focused approach helps the team evaluate opportunities, build relationships and keep developing concepts moving forward.
